Getting Started: 
Consulting services begin with an interview and evaluation of the client’s needs, goals & objectives. How much time and money the client is able to allocate to achieve the stated objectives is also explored so that a realistic plan of action can be put into place. The information we gather is then used match the client with the most suitable consultant or team of consultants and to develop a scope of work, timeline for performance of services, and estimates of fees and costs.
At the conclusion of the Getting Started process, the client will be armed with the information he or she needs to decide whether and to what extent to proceed. Together we will modify the plan until the client is comfortable and confident that the services are an ideal fit for the needs of the business.
